Emily Stewart, RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian at Van Dusen Nutrition®. Emily currently works full-time in the Needham office and sees clients for Individual Nutrition Counseling, Therapeutic Meal Support®, and Therapeutic Movement Support™.

Emily’s passion for helping athletes and dancers cultivate a healthy relationship with food and body stems from her seventeen year Irish dancing career. While helping her clients optimally fuel for performance, she empowers them to find balance between food, exercise, and body to ultimately live a more fulfilled life.

She completed the Didactic Program in Dietetics at Simmons University and went on to complete her dietetic internship through the University of Minnesota’s eating disorder concentration. In affiliation with The Emily Program, her internship provided extensive experience working with adolescents and adults in the intensive outpatient and residential levels of care.
