Erin Kuta, MPH, RD, LDN is a Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist who joined Van Dusen Nutrition® in 2019. Erin’s mission is to help individuals nourish their bodies and explore their relationships with food. She has a special interest in the treatment of children, adolescents and adults with ARFID. Erin currently sees clients for Individual Nutrition Counseling and Therapeutic Meal Support®.
Erin received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire, and was introduced to the field of nutrition through her research coordinator role at the Tufts University Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging. She later earned her Master of Public Health in Nutrition and completed a dietetic internship through the coordinated program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
During the dietetic internship, Erin gained experience working with eating disorders during a rotation at Monte Nido’s residential treatment program in Irvington, NY. She continued to further develop her clinical skills as part of the treatment team at Center for Discovery’s partial hospital and intensive outpatient program in Greenwich, CT. Since returning to the Boston area, Erin has been part of the clinical team at Klarman Eating Disorder Center at McLean Hospital, where she currently works part-time.
Erin is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Behavioral Health Nutrition Dietetics Practice Group, International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals, International Federation of Eating Disorder Dietitians, and Multi-Service Eating Disorders Association.
