Nicole Farnsworth, MS, RD, LDN, CPT

Nicole Farnsworth, MS, RD, LDN, CPT is a Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer who joined Van Dusen Nutrition® in 2017. Nicole currently sees clients for Individual Nutrition Counseling and Individual Therapeutic Movement Support™. Nicole also serves the role of Clinical Coordinator of Programming and Outreach at Van Dusen Nutrition®.

As a previous Varsity Track and Field Athlete at Harvard University and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nicole has developed a special interest in helping athletes with and without eating disorders adequately fuel their bodies for health and performance. As the lead clinician offering Therapeutic Movement Support™, she also works with clients who have developed a negative relationship with exercise reconnect to movement, sport and body in a more balanced way.

Nicole received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology at Harvard University and following, she earned a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition at Columbia University Medical Center’s Institute of Human Nutrition. Nicole then received a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of the District of Columbia and completed a dietetic internship at the National Institutes of Health. Nicole worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City as well as a personal trainer at Sterling gym in Washington D.C. She currently works part-time at Boston Children’s Hospital Sports Medicine Division

Nicole is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition Dietetics Practice Group, Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitian Association, and Multi-Service Eating Disorders Association.
