The office administrator will review this form to identify which of our clinicians is the best fit for your needs based on specialties and availability.

Schedule Your Initial Appointment

The office administrator will reach out to you within 24 hours to schedule an initial appointment with your specialized clinician.

Virtual or In-Office Assessment

You will meet with your clinician for an assessment process, which includes recommendations and next steps.

Ongoing Care from Your Dietitian

You will meet with your clinician on a weekly basis for ongoing guidance, support and care.

We accept insurance!

We believe that taking care of your nutritional and mental health is an essential part of your overall well-being. To help make your journey as accessible and stress-free as possible, we proudly partner with most major health insurance providers to offer you comprehensive, affordable care.

We are currently in-network with:

Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare (HPHC), Cigna, Aetna, and Mass General Brigham Health Plan (MGBHP)

Free Benefits Verification

To simplify the process, our Administrative Director will verify your insurance benefits completely free of charge. Simply email us at info@vandusennutrition.com to get started.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If we are not contracted with your insurance plan, we can offer a monthly Superbill that you can submit to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse 80-100% of out-of-pocket costs.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy is 48 hours from the start of the appointment in order to avoid being charged the full fee.
