Beyond the Office

When I am not working with clients or collaborating with healthcare teams, you can usually find me:

In The Kitchen: Making easy, nourishing meals like rice or pasta bowls, soups, and lots of crockpot recipes!

In Nature: I love hiking with my dog, Luna (she’s a lab mix and has the cutest white paws!). I have hiked some of the high peaks in New York and New Hampshire, and I’m currently working on hiking all 46 high peaks in the Adirondacks!

At Home: I live with my husband, my dog, and my son. If I’m not running around chasing my son, you can usually find me crafting, watching a show or movie, or experimenting in the kitchen with baked goods or delicious meals!

Client testimonials

“I have been working with Lexie for a few years to help with my eating disorder, and I can confidently say that she has made such a positive impact on my life. When I first started working with her, I never imagined I would be able to achieve many of the milestones I have today. Lexie is supportive, understanding, and encouraging, and she has created a space where I feel comfortable being honest about my struggles without judgment. She always meets me where I am and helps me work through challenges at a pace that feels manageable. I am so grateful to have had a cheerleader like Lexie in my corner throughout this journey. She has truly helped me make changes that have positively impacted my life, and I don’t know where I would be without her.” – E.G., current client in recovery
